If you are thinking about this hotel, turn and run. I stayed 2 nights before and 1 night after my cruise. Checking in was very slow. They had only one person working and it was packed in the lobby. I booked a 2 room suite. All of these rooms (which cost significantly more than standard rooms) are right next to the loudest elevator i have ever heard. Needless to say, there was little sleep happening. I asked to be moved on the second stay and was put in a standard room with no compensation. So i am paying $100 more a night than my friends for the same room. I was told it was because i booked through Expedia. The bathrooms in both suites and standard rooms are very small with no counter space. Service in the bar/restaurant is incredibly slow. Just say no to this hotel.
