First time staying in Cayucos. Hotel was in a good location and very quiet. No elevator so you will have to carry your luggage upstairs. Wasn't a problem for us.

Nice location, with clean rooms. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave.

Travelocity made me pay $11.00 for parking and a continental breakfast. First off the parking was free. Second, even though Travelocity web site claims they have continental breakfast, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. I have fell for the free breakfast on two separate occasions. It’s a LIE AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. The most disappointing about the stay would be the in room fireplace did not work this time. It would have been nice after a walk on the beach.

All was clean and comfortable. Rooms could use a little paint touch ups. Would love to have had the continental breakfast they used to offer. Otherwise all was good.
