The toilet overflowed in the middle of the night! The desk provided towels to soak up the water but had no idea how to mitigate the problem. Around 7am we were moved to another inferior room. When we asked for compensation for our inconvenience, we were told by desk staff that they could do nothing. Very disappointing and unprofessional
