    Check in was extremely rude. When I asked to add a 2ond nite to my stay, I was informed by rude night staff a second night was available but l would have to leave the room by 11:00 am and that I would not be able to re enter the room until 3:00 pm. I of course declined the offer.. after the 11:00 check out, I checked into a different hotel. The room was very small, over priced and there was no complimentary shampoo or chreme rinse. Over all: Motel room = B management = D-

    The office area was closed and locked from the outside. I had to check-in behind a glass window outside where I slipped my ID under the window. Worst check in ever. I was not familiar with the area and it made me think we were in a dangerous place that I had to check in this way. Very strange.

    Not enough parking. The front desk staff wasn’t available when I needed to check out. Bad area. Outdated rooms. You can hear people outside rooms and in other rooms super clearly even when they are talking in a normal voice.
