My overall stay at this hotel was good the only thing that I would have changed was when I went to check in it took them 30 minutes to make sure my room was clean. I think they need to be more organized when it comes to checking people in their rooms.

We only experienced an issue with the toilet not fully flushing with EVERY flush. Most times the toilet paper would not even go down. Holding the handle down for the entire flushing process usually helped. Asside from that our stay was fantastic. Better then the Hilton that we stayed in over the past weekend!!!

Phone was dead, hair in the bathroom tub, (not ours). Beds, were unbelievable. I have never stayed in a hotel/motel that had mattresses with big gapping holes in the center.

The hotel is very dated. The first room we got had a broken AC and looked very dingy. The manager was very friendly and helpful in moving us to another room. Overall, I would not go back there.

The staff was friendly and quickly filled the towels at the pool that were empty! I did have loud neighbors knocking on the wrong door at 1 am but that was not the fault of staff.
