Out dated. Dirty, smells, linens had burn marks in the sheets. Only positive is it’s close to Cedar Point.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience If you were to turn to the front desk you would get another room until you were provided. We are currently renovating and upgrading the rooms with ceramic tiles in place of the old carpets, new floors in the exterior corridors. Replacing the furniture in the rooms and more. The fact that tens of thousands of guests return to us every year again and again, indicates that we are doing the right thing. We work hard to be better

Room smells like urine, bed comforter covered with cigarette holes , when I got in to the room, the door was open and the tv was on, this place is terrible

Needed a chair and my man jack the mantiance man took care of it as soon as i asked and great management will definitely go back.

Thanks for the compliments. These days we are replacing the exterior sidewalks with decorative tiles and inside the rooms we have started to replace all the carpets with new ceramic tiles and soon we will also replace furniture. I am constantly renewing, but due to full occupancy it takes time. The tens of thousands of guests who return to us again and again - are proof that we are doing the right thing. We work hard to be better

Room, bathroom, windows and ashtrays were all dirty. The room smelled like marijuanna as soon as I opened the door and the bathroom seemed to have black mold around the bathroom and on the ceiling. The sink and mirror were filthy as well. There were old broken down vehicles in the parking lot and what seemed to be homeless drug addicts wandering around. We checked in and directly back out, and still have not received my refund 1 week later. I can not think of one possible positive thing to say about this "hotel". It seemed as if they should be charging hourly, with the front desk attendant included in the rate. Never have been so disgusted or disappointed

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused to you at the hotel. And apparently you did not stay at the hotel for other reasons. If you turned to the front desk and asked to change a room to your satisfaction, you would immediately get another room in another building with an internal and quiet corridor regardless of the parking lot. Apparently people with a different skin tone than your own or a disabled person in a wheelchair bothers you and it's a shame. We are proud of the tens of thousands of guests who come to us every year and return again and again - this is proof that we are doing the right thing. We are in the process of renovating hotel rooms and working hard to be better.

Sorry for the inconvenience of staying at the hotel It's too bad you did not report it to Front Desk - they would be happy to exchange a room for your satisfaction. We work hard to improve the conditions of the guests and there is much more to do. The tens of thousands of guests who have stayed at the hotel for the last year and come back again are proof that we are on the right track
