A perfect spot for our group
This place was great for us! It was in the exact location that we were hoping for, convenient to everything. Cape Cod explore
Super spacious 3 bed house on a large plot, in a lovely local picture postcard small town with lots of amenities and lovely beaches near by. We used Sandwich as a base to explore Cape Cod, easy access to highway 6, 20 minutes from Hyannis and ferries to Nantucket Marthers vineyard. Family safe beaches in Sandwich, Grays beach in Yarmouth was ideal for small children and a fab boardwalk over the Marsh. Wicked Waves Yarmouth was a great day for younger children and parents. House has all you need incl ample cleaning laundry products, plus condiments and a little coffee sugar, large Stop and Shop a few minutes drive so easy to stock up on provisions. Lots and lots of eat out and food delivery options nearby. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking at home bbq and fire pit also available with plenty of wood. TV has Netflix etc al to keep the small ones entertained and good WiFi. Eileen is super helpful and responded quickly to any queries. I really liked Sandwich as a base and appreciated being away from the more hectic tourist hubs so could live like a local for a few days.

Location Location Location
This house was perfect for our visit to watch our favorite ball player participate in the Cape Cod Baseball League. It is the heart of Sandwich and easy to walk to great restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. Quick walk to the harbor to walk the canal walk. Eileen was great to work with and easy to reach and quick to respond. Kitchen is well stocked including spices needed for cooking. Bed are very comfortable. Location is close to several of the Cape’s cute little towns and close to by-ways. The House Book provides lots of restaurants menus and information. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
