Floor to ceiling windows with for you to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of the unit or your spacious lanai. Additional lanai access and full views from primary bedroom. Full kitchen with all of the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay (and you can't beat the view, even while meal prepping)! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in-unit laundry. Additional murphy bed in living room. Heated pool on property, tennis court, pickle-ball court. We also provide everything you will need for a fun-filled beach vacation, including beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, water toys, paddle board, tennis and pickle-ball equipment...just to name some of the big things!

Rentals open for December 31st! Interior remodel finally complete, and the unit and beaches are as beautiful as ever. Pool renovation complete, with ongoing landscaping and exterior construction to be expected into early 2024. Our unit is located on 2nd floor (ground level being level 0), elevator replacement is underway, but not expected to be completed until late April 2024. Therefore, you will need to use stairs to access unit. Tennis and pickle ball courts not expected to be complete until April 2024. The beaches are as beautiful as ever, but construction continues all over the island and will for some time. If you have questions about available amenities or concerns about potential neighboring construction activity please feel free to reach out with all questions prior to booking. Rates have been adjusted accordingly.

A Beautiful Bubble Amid Reconstruction
This property is lovely. Everything in it--the furniture, beds, carpets, walls, paint, appliances--is new, all remodeled after Hurricane Ian barreled through in the fall of 2022. Positioned at the end of the building, on the 3rd floor, the apartment has windows on three sides and is full of sunlight. The owner, Stephanie, is gracious and accommodating. Come prepared, however, for construction and noise as the Island continues to rebuild.

We had a great week staying at home. The condo had up to date bathrooms, a beautiful view of the ocean and comfortable large beds. It was very nice because we took our 17 month old daughter with us and one of the bathroom was large enough to put a pack in play in it and shut the door. Essentially like her own room. The communication with the host was beyond easy and quick! We couldn’t have asked for a better week.

The hostess let us check in early! We had a little problem with our key code & she was able to help right away so we had no problems! The condo was very clean & had everything we needed in the kitchen, which was awesome! We really enjoyed the condo & the pool! We are already talking about coming back next year!

Beautiful and like home!
This property was just as described! A perfect location on the beach and had all of the ins and outs of home- updated and beautiful and Stephanie was responsive and helpful with anything we needed!!! Was iffy b/c when we booked it only had 1 review but it is a new listing and is everything you would want in Sanibel! All the other 5 star reviews are on point as well! Thank you!

Spacious with a fantastic view
The view from this unit is spectacular. We loved the gulf view with all of the greenery and palm trees. Short boardwalk directly to the beach! The unit was spacious, comfortable, and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee & conversation. Plenty of basics included to get your trip started. Nice beach chairs in the storage area with a good umbrella too. Our family vacation to Sanibel was perfect and we would stay here again.

Best Vacation Ever
There isn’t enough to say about this wonderful condo. Sanibel is our favorite place and this condo by far was the best we have ever stayed in! Not only was it beautifully decorated and comfortable, the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed including beach stuff. Stephanie was always available and helpful with whatever we needed. The views are amazing and being right on the beach is convenient for our family of 6. We hated to leave this condo as it felt like home. We will definitely be staying here again next year!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Right on the beach with an amazing view!
It had everything our family of 5 needed. Lots of beach toys, chairs and umbrella. Very conveniently located by the beach with an amazing view. We spent several hours just lounging at on the huge deck. The kitchen was fully stocked and the unit was super clean. The check in and check out process was very easy and the host was very responsive! We will miss that view! Hope to come back one day!
