The room was freezing at 68, workout room hot at 88. Note in room says call for cleaning but no one showed up. We called back down but they would not clean our room. We stayed 3 days! Happy hour had no snacks and poor quality drinks! Parking was $22 a day for self park! We should have stayed at the La Quinta next door if we wanted a marginal experience for $50 a day less and free parking. We will be taking Embassy Suites off our travel list after years of using them if we have a similar experience in Seattle later this month.

Almost didn’t have a room for the number of people we had in our party. The room conditions were so so. The intake vent rattled all the time and was not easy to sleep through. Mattress on the pull out sleeper was horrible, plus didn’t have any extra comforters for it. The outlet in the bathroom looked like an electrical accident waiting to happen and there were gilded and damaged along the door frame and even looked like mold growing on it.
