I don’t know who rated this property that high, but I would never stay there. There is a low test apartment complex in the same alley as the hotel with guys working on cars at night. My room was at the end of the building and one window look into the property lobby with no opening and the other one I had in red vacancy sign out front glowed through the window all night long. I could have stayed at the Fess Larker for $60!more than this place, but was trying to find new properties with the exit of IHG in the areas. This one was a mistake…stay away.

Jason,Thank you for giving our hotel a visit and leaving valuable feedback. That room you had I believe is 221, it is one of the less desirable rooms we have. That night we had a sold out schedule. I see your arrival time was after 9:30p, which was why we no options to accommodate your preferences. Here at The Inn By The Harbor we list multiple beautiful rooms here with all kinds of bedding types that can view the garden and/or the pool and spa area. We will flag your res and make sure to give you priority. We hope that you give us another chance to give you a better experience for one of your visits to Santa Barbara.

Super cute place - great location. Very easy to walk to the beach and the Funk Zone. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Excellent, older property that has been fully renovated. Pretty grounds. Nice touches such as champagne in the room, happy hour, nice toiletries. Lovely hotel.
