We arrived early and no one was in the office Came back at check in time and still no one! Someone finally showed up, after 3, and said he just happened to pass by and see people waiting to check in??? Not very professional or customer friendly

We stayed in a king bed room. There were water marks streaking down the walls, a big white smudge on the headboard, and worst of all, a used bandage on the floor under the sink! Gross! I expected two sinks with a king sized bed. Nope. It was a tiny bathroom with only one sink and barely any storage.Paid over $300 for one night! Never going back and I do not recommend it to anyone. No elevator to get to the second story. Had to lug our bags up the stairs in the rain. But Solvang itself was absolutely delightful.

They didn’t provide cleaning room. No breakfast. The room smelt horrible. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I left after the first night.

We stayed 2 nights in June. The property is very nice and our room, room 211, was very large, comfortable, and had a balcony overlooking the pool. What we did not like was the absence of daily room service. We would definitely take this into consideration before booking here again.
