Hello, We appreciate the comments regarding breakfast and staff. We are usually staffed up (2 people) a day but on weekends many come down and we prepare for high occupancy or in when all come down same time. Also, I will inform housekeeping regarding knocking on doors early. As, you may not be aware many guests do leave early but do not inform the desk and some keep signs on. But again, my apologies if they did so that early and i just inform guests that placing a DND sign will prevent anyone from doing so.
