The rooms have been remodeled. The new paint makes the doors stick to the frame and difficult to close. Rooms that share an inside door allow noise to be heard as if it was in your own room.

The room was not clean. Some type of liquid or smudge was on the ceiling. The carpets were filthy and the room stunk with some type of cheap incense. The tub was slippery and dangerous. The linens were questionable. Strangers in the parking lot came and went. We feared our car would be broken into or vandalized. We’re surprised the health department hasn’t shut them down. One of the worst experiences ever! Very disappointed because of how expensive our stay cost us…

The location was nice but the amenities and staff were anything but helpful. I had lost my wallet containing my drivers license photo ID just days before our arrival. Without a photo ID but with all kinds of other ID I could not register leaving my wife to go through a frustrating process to change the reservations to her.
