The first room smelled of marijuana. The second room had a noisy refrigerator that went on and off ALL night. They charged me more than what you confirmed. Because of this I will not use trVelocityagain!

The room was not very clean. Bedspreads had stains on it. Gross! Chair was tattered. Lights were falling apart, safe didn’t work. And it was $350 A night. We almost went home it was so bad.

Check in was a breeze got there at 8:30-9 Am was able to check in early ! , check in clerk was very nice and excellent customer service. Clean and neat rooms. Very quiet. 15 min walk to the board walk, conveinent location with some eateries near .

We arrived and there was a used female menstrual pad inside the restroom of the first room. We reuqested a new room, which turnes out okay. EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THERE WERE DANGEROUS CRIMINALS OUTSIDE OUR ROOM. Smh

Bad condition

Horrible night, they cancel our stay with the Holiday Inn and got us a replacement with this rundown Ramada. The hotel was in bad condition, the door look like it has been kick in a few time. There were people hanging around the other end off stairs making it very scary thru out the night. Our door sound like someone kept trying to get in or the people next door was having problem with their keys. Mattress worst condition ever sink in the middle of bed: bedsheets were old and smelly, pillow had stain yellowing, floor tile lumpy thru out room, broken lamp fixture. Check out early didn't care about free breakfast just want to get the hell out

Uncomfortable outing

Pros: Truthfully the shower pressure thats it and literally nothing else
Cons: Started out with no hand soap or shampoo ,two pillows on one bed one on the other the mattress slumped to the middle ,i was lying on the bed put my hand in gum on the wall went down told the manager and his reply was you know how people. the exterior was filthy as well cigarette butts and spilt paint
Location: We were at a soccer tournament for my daughter and it was a very nice time

In the middle of remodeling.

Our hotel was in the middle of remodeling which is fine but if you're going to rent out a room it should be finished we had no toilet paper holder there was no chair in the unit and it was kind of dusty all around

Expensive hotel

We stayed at the Ramada for a weekend and i never expected for the price of this hotel that i had to even fix my own bed. The housekeeper when asked for soap and towels she was not very pleasant. She had a horrible attitude when she was also asked what time theyll do our room. Because we return around 3 pm and the room was still not clean. For the price of this hotel you can stay at a better quality hotel with better customer service . The only good thing about this hotel is that is abt 5 m from santa cruz boardwalk.

Buyer beware

Pros: The man in the office was nice. He gave us supplies to clean the room ourselves.
Cons: Learn to clean.
We were in Santa Cruz for a wedding and all the other hotels were booked or we would have just gone somewhere else. Our first room was bad so we asked to look at other rooms. We picked the best of the worst. We asked to have the room cleaned again and they gave us supplies to clean it ourselves. We stayed because we had no choice. When we got home we washed everything including our luggage before we would let it back in our house. I can never imagine staying at a worse place. I want to wash my hands just thinking about it.
