the info. about the hotel was wrong. they say 6 to 7 restaurants wrong. Only 2. No one could speak english. The front desk I ask about food say yes show map where . Walk all over nothing

Good place to take family.

Typical South American service. Check in / out process is a bit slow. This is a nice hotel with alot to offer, good food and close to the beach. Dont expect any extras.

Beautiful Setting

We stayed at the Bahai units in one of the best settings we've experienced. Suite was excellent for the most part though lack of accessible working power outlets was limited. Only other complaint which is personal preference was that mattress was extremely firm. Front desk and wait staff mediocre but housekeeping, grounds and security were excellent as well as quality of food.

Las instalaciones están en muy buenas condiciones. La limpieza es muy buena. La atención de la mayoría de los empleados es estupenda. Para mejorar. El servicio de comida,muy lentos y los platos no incluidos en el Buffet se demoran demasiado (COCOS). Los amenities de muy mala calidad para un hotel de categoría 5 estrellas, además no los reponen a no ser que se llame al ama de llaves. Los precios del menú que no es todo incluido excesivos.
