Brand new hotel on highway 30A. We stayed there for the 30A Songwriters Festival. Very nice hotel convenient to festival venues, Seaside, Watercolor and the beach. Good value compared to nearby resort hotels and condos. Housekeeping service only offered every 3 days but this was fine. Nice coffee shop right across the parking lot.

The hotel is new and nice. The staff is Great! We found food in the refrigerator from the previous guest which makes you feel like it wasn’t a thorough cleaning.
