the building itself is nice, but the noise from the freeway traffic and the lack of drapes on the windows, the lighting by the pool to some of the rooms like the one I stayed was so intense, that it was like having the lighting inside the room, I had a hard time going to sleep because of it. other than that, I could deal with the noise from the freeway, but regardless the staff was very nice, and the place was very clean thank you

I apologize for the unpleasant experience you had during your stay at our Hotel. Our rooms do come with black out curtains that roll down. Please next time you visit us, let us assist you with the curtains and place you in a room away from the Freeway. We do have plenty of rooms available away from the highway and those are available upon request. Once again, my sincere apologies. Let us assist you on your next visit.

the pool was shut down by authorities due to chlorine levels being too high so was not open at all during our stay in a record heat wave.The staff was very nice and the included breakfast was good

Decent overall. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only 1 small elevator resulted in some delays getting up to the room and down to the lobby. The included breakfast was only ok, but better than nothing and more than a continental breakfast. Amount of parking could be better.
