I stayed in this motel last January 9-13 the room is a nonsmoking but upon entering the room the smell of the smoke is very eminent. Maybe they can deodorized the rooms more, the bathtub stained, otherwise the room is fine. The one that upsets me the most is the staff service, upon checking out I requested a receipt/invoice for my stay cause I needed it for my company. For some reason the only who can print one is the manager who was not available on that time, Rosa the staff took my email address and promised me that they will send it to me once the manager arrives. I even ask her again if she can read and understand my handwriting and she said yes. I didnt get an email, I called them the next day and follow up on my request and spoke to another staff name veronica, she also took my email address cause she told me the same reason, only the manager can send the email. I ask her what time that the manager works, she said that manager only works from 11:30 to 4 PM which weird, a manager only works for 4 hrs and no one can attend to guest needs when they need something ? I kept on calling everyday for 4days, and I finally got to talk to the manager. She did apologized and told me that she did send the invoice but its not going thru. So she gave me their email address so I can make a request and they will reply to it with my invoice. I really hope this time I'll get it. It was very inconvenient on my part to call them for 4 consecutive days just for an invoice.
