Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, David. Please accept our sincere apologies for the clogged sink, the broken ice machine, and the noisy shower head. We apologize for the maintenance work but it is standard that any work can begin at 9 am given it is a decent hour for work to commence. I can understand your frustration. We pride ourselves in giving the best possible guest experience, and I’m sorry we fell short in this instance.
