Room was large and comfortable, plenty of room for storage, everything worked. Stairway and hall could use vacuming, it was quiet and restful. But the bed spread had cigarette burn holes. Shower curtain was ripped.

A lot of riff raff wondering around. Didn’t feel safe. Clerk new nothing about hotel. Sink in bathroom didn’t drain. Ice machine broken. Men sanding or drilling door right next to mine at 9 in morning. Shower head made horrible squealing noise when turned on

We apologize for the maintenance work but it is standard that any work can begin at 9 am given it is a decent hour for work to commence. I can understand your frustration. We pride ourselves in giving the best possible guest experience, and I’m sorry we fell short in this instance.

Walls are paper thin. Heard couples having sex at 2 am. Hallway fights between couples at midnight. Person above me walking stomping.

Clean, quiet place to spend the night after a full day at the Sonoma County Fair. Nice little diner (The Happy Hen) located in the same parking lot, in case you want a cooked-to-order breakfast instead of the usual waffle, eggs, sausage, cereal & pastries provided by the motel. Which is fine, too.

The rooms were good sized, decent breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffle iron (1), plus normal breakfast items you would expect. We stayed in room 218 and the window is blocked by front of the building. We stayed on a Monday night and the trash truck came by around 4:40AM. The climate control was not great. Fan on = nice and cool, but then it would turn off and no air flow. So either chilly or hot. We traveled with kids and the bedding wasn’t great as we could hear every fidget. 😬 Staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. It’s also located near a Costco gas which was handy for us as we continued our travels.

Nice location, close to freeway, stores, beach... very limited accommodations, not enough towels, toiletries and coffee provided in room, phone did not work, found someone else’s sock and t.v. remote under bed, bathroom lock was broken however when talking to staff about room issues, they were kind and helpful...moldy pastries in breakfast buffet but the rest of the breakfast provided was great... homemade waffles were wonderful
