Brand new and modern studio apartment in central Santa Rosa. The studio includes a private patio, outdoor fire table, full sized kitchen, loveseat, wifi internet, 55 inch TV, a king sized bed, roomy bathroom and separate closet area. The apartment is connected to a primary residence through a hallway and does not share a roof or any other walls. Guests have access to the unit through a private entrance through the patio and secured with a smart lock. The residence is located on a quiet, peaceful 0.5 acre lot surrounded by trees and hills. Wildlife sightings are common and king bed looks onto the garden and surrounding hills. While out on the patio, enjoy the woodland sounds all while being right in the middle of Santa Rosa. The home is only 2.5 miles away from courthouse square in downtown Santa Rosa.

Everything was great! The smoke alarm is EXTREMELY sensitive, would go off from the toaster barely browning toast and steam also. Was a bit startling, but my son and I became used to the process. Was fine when we'd have the door open and fan going while making toast or bowling water for pasta.

This studio could easily be used as a retreat. The neighborhood that is in is very quiet and quite lovely. Nice private patio and not more than 10 minutes away from other parts of SR.

Cozy and Comfy Studio in the Woods
We were super happy with our stay in this very comfortable studio suite. It's located up a wooded road that feels secluded and peaceful. The room is nicely decorated, with lots of sunlight and views of the surrounding woods and garden. The large king bed is extremely comfortable - the best we've ever had in a rental! The host Melissa clearly put a lot of thought into providing everything you may need during your stay (good quality dishes and flatware, appliances, plush bath towels, etc.) We also enjoyed relaxing on the private outdoor patio with fire pit. All in all, it was very nice and private, and a great jumping off point for cycling trips or wine country touring. We look forward to our next visit!

This place is perfect for 2 people. It is very comfortable and quiet. It is in a lovely landscaped cul de sac. It was conveniently located to Santa Rosa shopping, eating and our friends. We had a short minor power outage our last morning and our host was super responsive...she WENT AND GOT US COFFEE! Of course right after she delivered the coffee, the power came right back on. It was above and beyond! Thanks Melissa! We will stay here next time for sure.
