In the center of santiago. Close to airport, shops

My room had a terrible leak in the bathroom. It was coming from the shower in the bedroom above. Reported it twice but never fixed. It was very distracting to keep hearing eater gushing in your room especially when sleeping.

Nice location

Pros: not much
Cons: service towards non-dominicans
Front desk with exception of a few people really do not care unless you are a local with money thats there with your mistress. Tourists avoid.

Excellent choice

This hotel is with no doubts the best of Santiago. Quiet (appart from room * and * due to a indoor airconditionner), clean, convienient. Staff is open to critism and willing to do better (I gave few remarks that had been taken into account immediatly, which is a sign of willingness to do better). Nice pool (right size in consideration of the central location), suffcient gym equipment. Recommanded

Excellent choice

This hotel is with no doubts the best of Santiago. Quiet (appart from room 226 and 228 due to a indoor airconditionner), clean, convienient. Staff is open to critism and willing to do better (I gave few remarks that had been taken into account immediatly, which is a sign of willingness to do better). Nice pool (right size in consideration of the central location), suffcient gym equipment. Recommanded
