The hotel is ok by itself. The breakfast is very good. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. If you are visiting Santiago as a sightseeing visitor, the hotel’s location is not good. It’s about 30 minutes walk to the tourist destinations.

This property is best for traveling from the Santiago bus station as it is just a 10 minute walk. Staff were superbly helpful when I needed to print my bus ticket.

Excellent reception! Smooth checkin and checkout. William is a real gem - super resourceful, caring and efficient. Great breakfast, very clean room and bathroom with daily service, convenient location, though crowded! Would definitely stay again!

This location had the best customer service! The staff spoke good English. They even packed a breakfast for us to take to the airport for a 6 am flight. Room had smart TV with language preferences and cable channels. The hotel restaurant food was very good but limited English.

We were aware of the area being a little sketchy. But we chose this location because of the close proximity to the central bus station. The rating is for the future guests for reference. The major problem is the toilette. Initially the flushing water is too little to flush even a sheet of paper. We reported to the front desk and they fixed it. But it was still barely enough water to flush. Also we had to wait for the elevator for long time almost all the time... I don't think there was ever a point when both were in operation. At one point in time, many of the guests (ourselves in cluded) become so frustrated that they ended up taking the stairs. But we're happy with the hotel staff.

The staff at the hotel was phenomenal & friendly! The room was super clean & spacious, and very well appointed - and very reasonably priced. The area is not the greatest in the city - with very busy streets & caution to be very vigilant of thieves stealing phones, necklaces, purses/bags, etc as warned by staff and cab drivers. Transportation options are great - subway, bus route, taxis & Uber all available, and some decent shopping very close by.
