My belonging were stolen by room Maid.

Pros: location to the bus terminal and the hotel were good
Cons: An English speaking person behind the reception counter.
Location: The only thing to do nearby is get on a bus. Otherwise the surrounding area is a dump and not in a good part of town.
After a one night stay I checked out and boarded a bus just outside the doors of this hotel. With in 10 minuets I discovered I had left my IPhone 6 and a $350 Bose headset in my room. I was stuck on the bus for 8hr before I could email or call. After several attempts to contact the Ibis hotel no one would answer the phone or respond to the emails I sent requesting them hold my belongings. I returned four days latter and asked the staff if they had my belongings but the response was NO! "We got your emails but we did not find you stuff" In fact I know exactly where I left my belongings in the room that morning. Long and short they stole my stuff and acted like I had not stayed there. BEWARE!
