This property is outdated not like they advertised on top of this I choose this property because they advertised gym, spa, pool etc when arrived result they where under renovation not in use. So I had to move to another real hotel. Fortunately Expedia step in and resolved the situation because hotel management was very rude no apologized no customers oriented only bad business oriented. Never come back to this building because hotel is not.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in abroad and in the United Kingdom. Excellent professional service with fabulous surroundings and facilities. Food and drink options excellent. Welcoming and very friendly the staff are this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble 10/10 🇨🇱
