Marriott Santiago

Pros: It employees
Cons: N/A
Location: A mall very close to enjoy eating, maybe 15 restaurants there or more.
Excellent stay, what I would expect from Marriott. Front desk very helpful with all questions. Currency exchange quick and good. Helpful in setting reservations and very communicative on all subjects.

Great staff and hotel

Pros: Quiet, close to mall & restaurants
Cons: No free Internet
The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. From the time I arrived every employee was very friendly, professional and willing to answer any questions I had. The workout facilities were also very good and up to date.

Best hotel experience I've had

I stayed here for a week and a half and I almost didn't want to leave. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly - all of them spoke English, and they are very flexible to changes. After two days of being there, the concierge and half his staff were addressing me by name. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

outstanding hotel

I highly recommend this hotel. English speaking staff is very courteous and helpful. Service was excellant, and rooms & public areas were very nice. A modern mall, grocery store and many good restaurants are a block away. Good location in a very nice area of the city.
