Friendly people , not over crowded, but need improving in room service cleaning & provide floor mats for shower area .

vi cucarachas en varias ocaciones 2 noches escuche en sonido de un ratón en el espaldar de la cama lo notifique en recepción y el asistente intento tomar acción inmediata lo cual nunca sucedió en una ocasión no tenían cambio y luego me luego me iban a dar aun cambio incorrecto parece que entre los turnos de los empleados no tuvieron buena comunicación para mi los empleados fueron excelentes con lo poco que tenían para resolver en uno de los restaurantes cercanos la administradora y yo coincidimos en que pueden mejorar fueron cosas sencillas de resolver pero los hacen ver muy desagradables
