nice hotel at nice location

Pros: good location, reasonable price, good view, clean and cute
Cons: Without 24 hour reception, please improve email and phone communication with customers for pickup and late check-in service.
Location: 5 minute walk to bus station, most scenic view from hotel to Fira along the coast
It is a reasonably priced nice hotel in the middle of Imerovigli. It is an easy 30 minutes walk down the hill to Fira. The view from the hotel to Fira along the coast is most beautiful. You might want to take the bus back from Fira as the walk uphill is more strenuous. The bus station is about 5 minute walk from the hotel. We had the room for three persons. It is spacious and clean with a mini fridge. The beds are comfortable, but the single bed is a little smaller than the twin bed. There wasn't enough hot water for shower so it had to be quick. The private balcony facing the caldera is beautiful and perfect for sunset viewing. We had our breakfast served either in our room or on the balcony. Breakfast is basic with boiled egg, sliced ham and cheese and bread, coffee/tea and juice. As we had to leave early morning for the flight on the last day, they put the breakfast in the fridge the night before. The reception is a small room for check in and out. They don't have 24 hour reception. No one will be there during night. The guy served as the receptionist is friendly and answered all my questions. But don't expect him to be there all day. He will be there in the morning for breakfast and questions, then maybe around somewhere nearby doing other stuff, but he do not stay in the reception room 24 hours a day to pick up phone calls or let you in so if you have a night flight, it is VERY important to communicate with them ahead of time to schedule your arrival.

Setting is unbelievable!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet, setting
I have never in my life sat on a hotel patio and wanted to spend the entire day right there - until now. But don't, the rest of the island is worth seeing as well. My family and I did a 1-month trip to Europe and traveled from Greece to Ireland. This was our most memorable spot.

Absolutely perfect

We stayed at the hotel Sunny Villas in June. It was our first trip to Santorini, and it was perfect. In my opinion, Imerovigli is an ideal location – the cruise ships dock at Fira so it’s very touristy and Oia gets crowded too. Imerovigli is more private and just as beautiful. The cliffside walk down to Fira from the hotel is gorgeous. There’s also a bus stop a very short walk from the hotel which makes it convenient to get around the island. As for our room, we had a flat-screen tv, modern furniture, and a kitchenette. Super-cute and very clean. The staff is excellent…they went out of their way to assist us and make sure we were happy. They make killer drinks at the hotel bar which overlooks the caldera. The best thing about our stay was the private patio which had the most amazing view of the caldera and the sunset. Every morning we would eat breakfast on the balcony and just stare in awe. Truly gorgeous.

Hotel acommodations not what was promised but breathtaking views

We just left yesterday... Stunning views and location. Upon arriving had to take heavy luggage down many steps. Was put into a different room than booked with no explanation. Room had extremely small bathroom. Towels smelled sour. Breakfast with eggs and bacon absolutely delicious. The most beautiful view in the world.
