The hotel was very clean and safe. However, the rooms were very basic, especially for the price. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful (such as unable to help us get a cab to the airport) and were sometimes actually rude. Overall, adequate but not particularly nice, certainly not worth the cost, least enjoyable place during our Japan stay.

Perfect location. Chic hotel
The staff at the front desk were amazing and accommodating. The over all style of the hotel is very chic and modern. The public baths and viewing lounge on the top floor were so relaxing and a great way to either start or end your day. Location wise I couldn’t ask for better. 2 blocks from Sapporo station, a few block away from the TV tower / Odori Park and a 10 minute walk from the street markets.
