I booked a room online for a king size bed. When i arrived i was told there were no rooms available except one. This room had two queen size beds that was not an issue. I was unhappy that i had a shower that was for wheel chair access not a normal shower. Not to mention the water got everywhere. Also i had to call the front desk twice just to get an ice bucket? You should not list you have availability online for a king size bed and then when you arrive are told something diffetent.

I love the $15 valet parking, I love the rooftop pool deck, the staff is always very friendly and accommodating and the hotel is located a block or two from a major downtown entertainment district

I could not get a receipt for my stay, which (being a business trip) is rather inconvenient. The hotel only has valet parking. If that's one preference, it may is ok, but for the rest of us, the absence of a self-parking option is not so much. The hotel is at a convenient location for downtown Sarasota. It was clean and comfortable enough for an overnight stay.
