At check-in there was a little confusion. I made the reservation via travelocity. Through this third party I was informed that I could pay cash at time of check in. Holiday Inn says they never accept cash at check in. So I had to go purchase prepaid debit cards to pay for my check in. Other than this misrepresentation by Travelocity everything was fine.

Staff was very friendly and so accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. The place was very clean. Wish we would have had more time to use the pool and exercise room. Would definitely go back.

Very nice hotel with average breakfast. Staff is very nice. Noise level is a little high. Recommend not staying in room 217 or 219 due to banging noise all night long.

Fair to poor
This hotel was under reconstruction. We were not informed when we booked. Very disappointing especially FYI the price of room!!!!

Room was not cleaned on one day of stay.
Pros:Breakfast is good...but the ladies who keep it replenished are THE BEST! One in particular, I should have gotten her name. The Best!
Cons:Generally, nothing....this past visit a lot.
Location:The location is perfect. we can see all our family easily. My mother in law is in a nursing home near the hospital and my brother in law is close too
We stayed in this hotel twice within three weeks. The most recent was disappointing. We left our room at 11:00 AM and returned at 4:00 PM to find our room had not been cleaned. I was not happy. The previous visit was perfect...and the staff was tipped accordingly. This time...not so much. When I asked the front desk for clean towels and wash cloths....they just handed them to me to carry up.....really! This is not a cheap Motel! Here's your towels, enjoy your stay. Every other stay has been wonderful...the most recent....no. Oh, I almost forget....when we were there in February...the ice machine on the second floor was out of order. This visit....three weeks later....still out of order....really. Get it fixed within a couple days or get a new one. That's just good business.

Thank you for your review. Since we are an express property, we do not have bellmen to run items to rooms. Usually when a guest asks for extra towels at the front desk it is because they want to go immediately out to the pool area. We will work with our desk on this issue. We hope to see you again in the future.

Needs work
Cons:Put screens in windows, probably need to replace the carpet to get rid of the musky smell.
We had two rooms that smelled musky. Really bad. The bathrooms are tiny. No screens in windows so you couldn't air the room out.
