The location downtown is excellent and feels very safe. No charge for parking and they also have garage parking which is great. You are walkable to many restaurants. Rooms are clean and modern.

We only there for one night but thought price was high for amenities offered. Pool was hot tub and a cold pool hot tub size . Bath towels provided for two people was one bath sheet towel and one standard towel. Decorative tray handle was ready to break on bed with wine decanter/water bottle . If weight was added would have broke. No information in room about amenities. Other hotels provided food suggestions that included their own for options in the neighborhood.

Hotel is beautiful and convenient to many food and entertainment areas. They offer a shuttle to the beach, shopping and dining.

We got there a little early, no problem because they have a little bar. We waited until 3pm to check and and were told rooms weren't ready. We waited another 30 minutes in a packed lobby before they came to take us to our room. We wanted to go to dinner but saw we only had 2 towels for 4 people. We called for more towels and had to call again 20 minutes later asking fir an update on them. The 30 minute delay put us really behind to get to dinner. We ended up not getting a table anywhere and came back to eat something simple at the hotel restaurant. We sat at a table and were told they are no longer taking orders. At 730 at night. We had asked at check in if there were sheets for the pull out, they said there was and we were running late by that point so we didn't check until we were back at the hotel. So we had to call at 11 pm for sheets, and they never came. We called the next day and got them. The pool is tiny but its a cute patio. No one can enjoy it though because the staff allows people to chain smoke outside. We asked for them to explain to the guests that it was a no smoking area but they never did and so we had to leave the pool area. Bikes a part of the resort fee but for a hotel with 400 rooms they have 6 bikes so best of luck getting one! Beds are extremely hard and left us in pain the following mornings. All in all, its a clean hotel good for a quick stop and a quick sleep, but not a great relaxing stay. We won't be back

We liked everything about the Indigo. The room was nice (could have used a few drawers though). The bed was very comfortable. The staff was great! We didn't have a chance to eat there though.

I was not pleased with my room. Went out to the desk and they told me that the hotel was full right now, but they would be kind enough to change me to another room tomorrow morning, which they did. I appreciated their concern.They solved the problem as quickly as they could. Very polite front desk and employees.
