"Cocktails and Cousins" is the west side of this adorable duplex in Bradenton Beach, and is just a short walk to the beach. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a bonus room with queen sleeper sofa and TV. The master bedroom features a king size bed, smart TV and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and smart TV. The kitchen features quartz counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker and is fully stocked with anything needed for preparing meals. The kitchen is open to the living room. Balcony off kitchen with room to sit and have your morning coffee. Cable and WIFI are provided. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer, and storage area for your convenience. We supply all the linens, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a beach wagon. Sliding doors allow for privacy for the pool area, separating it from the other side of the duplex.
