Breakfast to far to get,the room to small and to closed to the parking lot the is cable is horrible and tha AC is too loud.

We apologize for the inconveniences. The AC units are standard wall mount AC units and do not have a noise control setting. The room you were assigned to was a standard room, which is closer to the lot but is still approximately 15-20ft from the lot. Our superior rooms are further from the lot. The rooms are all slightly bigger than a standard hotel room and unfortunately our facilities for breakfast are located at our main property. We do not have the space to host breakfast On The Beach.

It was exactly what a trip to the beach could be. A clean room, shower, microwave, sink, and whatever else is listed but probably won't use because you'll have already walked down the sandy path and are already getting your toes wet in the Gulf of Mexico. :-) It was also small enough to be Peaceful, oh yes!! THANK You for that. Remote check in though so be sure you're clear about that but if you run into anything the folks at Bentleys are SUPER nice and will do whatever they can to assist you.

I Love being so close to the beach!

The beach is beautiful. It’s not too crowded. Casey key on the beach cottages are cute. We had a very small room but it was functional.

Some hiccups, but overall very nice

You need to know that there is no staff on premises or even on the key. After obtaining my key card and proceeding to my room, I was unable to get in because the card was not properly programmed for the room (I was able to use the outdoor bathroom facility though). I had to call and wait for a staff member to arrive to let me in. It was about a 15 minute wait and the woman who let me in was sincerely apologetic. This room is very pretty with the decor and high ceilings; very “beach” the bed was comfortable. The door that covered the fridge was loose on the hinges. Two more things to know-there is no wi-fi and data connection (3G) in the room was spotty at best. I had to walk down the street to get data, as well as connect my calls. Also, TV channels are limited. I appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided since I was traveling from out of state and didn’t have one. Overall a good experience and I would recommend.
