This vintage cottage is on the registry of Anna Maria Island's historic homes. Loads of charm and a lot of love went into this adorable home. Offers internet access, washer & dryer, dishwasher & a sunny, open deck in the backyard. Sleeps 6.

Central Island location near shopping and dining. The free Island Trolley stop is just a short walk down the street.

This house was really cute and had everything we needed. Very clean, however couch and chair in living room could use an update. Overall it was a perfect abd comfortable place. Absolutely great location to everything. We stayed 15 nights and enjoyed every second.

Loved this little cottage!! 1920’s and the feeling of being at home. Short walk to the beach. Off the main road. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. And the antiques in the home made it feel as though we went back in time.

Delightful week in Holmes Beach.
No prior experience renting in AMI. This rental exceeded expectations for proximity to spectacular gulf beaches, nearby groceries, etc. and clean , cozy, "old Florida" charm. The online process, check in/out, payments and questions were straightforward and well managed at Mike Norman Realty in HB. We had an outstanding week here !

Holmes Beach cottage
Great neighborhood, anna maria island awesome, rented bikes, great way to get around! Property is great for 2 no more. Its not modern but has what you need in a cottage...I brought my own bedding, theirs was older..Bring yours...It would feel bigger if there wasn't so much decor around, simplicity would be better. But if you want to be close to beach, and enjoy peace and quiet and a nice cottage, this is for you!!

We had the greatest time! There was one minor issue which was addressed right away. The place is beautiful and truly very close to the beach. 2 min walk if that! We r planning to go back!

Great beachside cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beach side cottage (family of three, two adults, one toddler). Property is small but very well appointed for a small family and very clean. The location is also excellent - yards from the (Holmes) beach and within walking distance to shopping areas and some restaurants. We had a great time walking to the beach each day. One note (not a negative by any means): At the time we stayed (July 2019) the property itself didn’t have beach amenities like beach chairs or a beach umbrella but they are very easy to rent in places nearby. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
