Great Apartment
Great apartment in Sarasota. Pretty much 15 minutes away from anywhere fun you want to get to in Sarasota county. Quiet apartment complex and very clean and comfortable place. Had a great stay!

Comfortable stay
The outside of the condo is old and needs loving care. The condo itself was clean and newly decorated. The owner Jozsef was very responsive and accommodating. The aroma when entering the condo was wonderful. We immediately felt relaxed. The pool made the stay enjoyable. It was a place to sit in the sun and make conversation with other short term renters.

Wonderful Clean Place!!!
This condo was very very clean and had every amenity you need. The owner is very nice and responds quickly. There were towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas, in the condo! Which was a plus for me since we went to the beach most of our stay. It's very close to convenient stores and the pool was so nice, clean and quiet. I would definitely be staying here again during my next visit to Sarasota.

Great property. Very clean. Owner is very easy to work with. Everything you need in the condo. Towels, beach toys, cooler, beach chairs, and beach umbrella already in the condo.

This was a very clean condo with all amenities needed, with beach chairs, and towels.
The condo was very clean and loaded with many amenities. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. The only disadvantage for us senior citizens was this was on the second floor. It it very convenient to stores. The pool in the complex was very quiet and relaxing.
