The swimming pool is open. Please keep in mind we are still following the CDC guidlines which only allows 28 people in the pool area at a time. We also ask that everyone be courteous of other residents and keep you pool time to two hours.
Our modern one-bedroom apartment is conveniently located adjacent to IMG Academy, with access to beautiful beaches, sports facilities, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping spots.

Our apartment is situated in a beautiful residential community offering resort-style amenities and a friendly ambiance. The apartment is filled with superb amenities, including a fully-upgraded kitchen, plank flooring, ceiling fans, luxurious carpeting, vaulted ceilings, and a washer and dryer. The whole living area is bright due to the natural lighting from the large windows.
The apartment has an open-plan concept, with the living room leading into the dining area and the kitchen. The exquisite living room boasts chic furnishings and a Smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen features a minimalistic white feel, equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a storm. We love animals but unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
Smoking is strictly not allowed in the apartment or communal areas of the building.
Guests will also find that CO2 monitors and smoke detectors are properly installed to maintain safety standards.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay. For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.
Breaking any of the rental rules, the guest is liable for a $500 fine and termination of the reservation without any refund and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
