Our nearest Airport is Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ). It's about 30 minutes away. Another popular choice is Tampa International Airport (TPA) which is about an hour away.

Our calendar is always updated in real time. If it shows available, it is. If we have a cancellation, it will show as available immediately. In order to give our fantastic cleaners time with their families we are closed for arrivals and departures on Holidays, such as New Years Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Charming and clean
The listing was on spot so we knew what to expect. The location was great. Beach…down the road. Bar…just before the beach. Sunset..lovely, whether sitting on the beach, at the Kokonut bar or roof top at Daiquiris. The free trolley picks up three cottages down. Hop on and hop off as desired. The cottage was very clean and well-appointed for our needs. We dined at Wicked Cantina, OMA Italian eatery, and Daiquiris. All are within a short walking distance. The one regret.. we did not take advantage of the ice cream shop that was also close by. Oh well, we have a reason to go back.

Perfect little bungalow
This was what we wanted: a place to be close to the gulf as we spend every day on the beach. The cooler and pull cart worked perfectly back and forth from the beach. Needed more TP and had to purchase tissue. The bed slept great. We were able to make food as needed in the full kitchen. Thanks for supplying plenty of towels!

If only there were no tenants
If you could move this unit to its own spot- would have been almost perfect. The downstairs neighbors were very loud at night & had junk all over the yard.The washer & dryer were hidden- found out after- they were broken. The trash cans- again- were hidden behind a truck. There are people living in a van in the spot right by the gate. It was a little weird to have to walk by it every time you went in or out. The unit was cleaned & supplied with paper products etc. Thy should buy a pot holder or 2. Other than the door not locking all week- it was a cute unit.

The cottage smelled like a sewer. We advised the rental agency but were told the smell was likely stagnant water somewhere and the smell would dissipate. It did not… We had to wash all our clothes when we got home 4 days later because they smelled just like the cottage. When we brought this up with the rental agency, all they could say is that we should have called them a second time?! The wi-fi is practically nonexistent, too.

We stayed five nights at this property on Bradenton Beach in April/May, 2023. The location was great and centrally located on Anna Marie island north of Longboat Key. The property was roomy enough for four of us to stay comfortably. It was a short walk to dining options and the beach. We sat out on the elevated deck in the Adirondack chairs several mornings and evenings in-between periods of exploring the island. We couldn't find the beach towels and messaged the host who delivered them very quickly (thank you!). Our favorite dining spots were the Wicked Cantina, The Dry Dock Grill (reservations suggested for dinner but we didn't need them for lunch), and Owen's Fish Camp (a little drive, but worth it). This property was very economical and a perfect choice for someone wanting to vacation on Anna Marie island without breaking the bank. We would definitely consider staying there again. Thumbs up for sure.

The online presentation was very accurate. It was a great little spot very close to the beach for a good rate. Plenty of room, funky little hippie house, big kitchen to eat in and short walk to great beaches. Portfolio has excellent communication, it was clean, smart TV, very comfortable beds. Nothing fancy but great location and met all expectations.

The house was spotless and cute! The atmosphere was unique, the rooms in different colors, the ocean breeze... The manager was very nice and answered us immediately when we called her, and what we needed was just simple information about the beach. Great experience!
