In the appealing holiday apartment, which is suitable for up to 5 people, the colors of the blue of the sea, the green tones of the Jasmund Nature Park and the warm sunlight of the island of Rügen can be found again. The cozy living room with American kitchen and the connected veranda not only invites you to linger and relax, but also opens up a wonderful sea view. Furthermore, the spacious apartment has two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom, which is equipped with a bath and shower.
In 2019, the apartment was redesigned to be family-friendly, whereby the very appealing new kitchen was installed and the lovingly furnished second bedroom was created. Sehr schöne Wohnung und eine tolle Lage
Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht. Eine sehr schöne Lage am Nationalpark Jasmund.Die Kreideküste ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles wie beschrieben. Die Küche hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und sogar noch etwas mehr ( z.Bsp. ein Milchaufschäumer ) Der Balkon ist geräumig und bietet eine tolle Sicht zur Ostsee. Wer Ruhe und Erholung möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne irgendwann wieder.

Kurz gesagt: Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Angenehm ruhig gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet: - sehr gutes, breites Bett - das "Hauptschlafzimmer" verfügt über anständige Verdunklungsrollos - Küche vollständig ausgestattet (sogar einen Milchaufschäumer gibt es!) - stabiles WLAN mit ordentlich schneller Internetverbindung - vom sonnenbeschienenen Balkon kann man die Ostsee sehen

Eine schöne Woche im März
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, alles für einen entspannten Urlaub vorhanden. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Nähe zum Nationalpark, wenige Schritte und man ist im Wald, und die beiden Balkone mit Ostseeblick. Fragen im Vorfeld und am Anfang des Urlaubs waren schnell mit dem Vermieter geklärt, alles sehr entspannt. Gern wieder und sehr zu empfehlen!

Sassnitz wunderschön
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung, absolute Ruhe und tolle Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Menge an Handtüchern war sehr reduziert (1 Duschtuch und 1 normales Handtuch pro Person), für die Küche ein Tuch und einen Spülschwamm für 14 Tage. Handtuchwechsel erfolgte nach Aufforderung für die 2. Woche. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut. Es hätte in der gesamten Wohnung sauberer sein können.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Wir raten ab.
Wir haben die Wohnung in schlechtem Zustand vorgefunden. Fensterbretter, Bettgestelle, Ecken- überall lag Staub, es gab Sand im Bett, Terrasse war nicht gereinigt, durch die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern konnte man kaum sehen- so ein Zustand kannten wir nach einer Baustelle, niemals aber in einer Ferienwohnung, die nach/vor jedem Gast geputzt werden sollte. Dazu noch - muffiger, stechender Geruch der Bettwäsche, der sehr penetrant war. Wir kontaktierten den Vermieter. Er wohnt nicht vor Ort. Die Putzfirma, die darauf kam, reinigte die Wohnung nicht gründlich, sondern buchstäblich nur die Stellen, auf die wir zeigten. Ersatzwäsche hätten sie nicht gehabt. Wäschetrocknergestell ohne Rost wäre nicht vorhanden. Fensterreinigung sei nicht ihr Auftrag während unseres Aufenthaltes gewesen...Wir wollten nicht noch mehr unserer Urlaubszeit in die Aufsicht der Reinigungsfirma investieren und machten selbst sauber. Zumal der Vermieter zwar prompt aber überraschend reagierte. Statt sich zu entschuldigen schrieb er: "soweit ich das auf den Bildern erkennen kann, ist die Wohnung nicht unbewohnbar". Keiner von uns konnte wegen der Geruchsbelastung einschlafen. Wir kauften am darauffolgenden Tag neue Bettwäsche, damit ging es. Die neuen Wäschesets überließen wir dem Vermieter, vielleicht machen sie Aufenthalt der nächsten Gäste angenehmer, denn die vorhandene Wäsche war sehr abgenutzt- ok für eine Jugendherberge, aber nicht für die Ferienwohnung in dieser Preisklasse. Weiterhin stellte sich heraus, dass die Dusche undicht war. Bei einer vierköpfigen Familie und einem Bad-& Toilettenraum bedeutete dies eine dauerhafte lästige Wischaktion. Ein Lappen oder zumindest eine zweite Duschvorlage wären hilfreich gewesen. Am Ende kam die größte Überraschung: der Vermieter stellte uns eine Rechnung für Reinigungsmehraufwand. Angeblich sollten wir Geschirrspüler voller schmutzigem Geschirr und der Kühlschrank voller Lebensmittel hinterlassen haben. Es waren entweder falsche Angaben der Reinigungsfirma oder ein Versuch, die Kosten für das wiederholte Erscheinen der Putzfirma am ersten Tag auf uns umzuwälzen. Und das trotz so viel Urlaubszeitverlust, Ärger, Renigungs- und Wischaufwand und der hinterlassenen neuen Bettwäsche....wir waren sprachlos. Fazit: da der Vermieter selbst nicht vor Ort ist, besteht keine Möglichkeit, Zustand des Objektes zu beweisen. Wir haben nicht das Gefühl, dass der Eigentümers interessiert wäre, dass die Gäste wieder kommen.
