We got a message from the property at 8:00 pm the night before we were to check in and they informed us that the pipes were frozen and no water. They offered a full refund cancellation and they would authorize when Travelocity called because it was past the period of cancellation. This was beyond our control and the property cancelled not us. Travelocity informed us that the property has denied the refund. I was assured there would be no problem. How is it our issue ?This is not good customer service and we feel we are entitled to our refund
