Gym could be better also the toiletries could be higher quality though I loved that they were in large reusable bottles not individual use plastic bottles
The location is beautiful and it's certainly a respite from the hustle and bustle of the City of San Francisco. The views are spectacular and you definitely feel like you're away from everything. The property is expansive with lots of amenities and activities to do. The food on-property was delicious and their bar had an expansive list of liquor, ports and wine. However, overall, for the price point of $500USD, per night, the room and condition of the property was sub-par. It was not as luxurious as we had hoped even though we stayed in the contemporary section. Our light fixtures were blinking and had to be repaired, water barely ran out of the shower head, the hair dryer was a low budget brand, the towels were coarse, and even the common areas needing a good cleaning and sweeping as there was dog hair all over the terrace area deck where we had breakfast. It's okay if rustic is what you're going for, but for this price point, the hotel needs to do a better job at upgraded amenities and maintenance.
