I checked in on February the 19th I checked into this hotel because of they had heated pool. First thing i encountered after checking in was the maid service in a argument. It was a indian woman and another lady(not sure what they was arguing about but definitely not somthing I cared to encounter. Then I got my grandkids ready to go to the pool and thinking its heated,, I jumped in. When I say WAKE UP CALL. It was not heated for sure. Above freezing is what they should advertise.. So the heated pool was a bust. We left after 15 minutes.
Then the A/C is one temp.. No adjusting.. So if you are wanting to be cool when you sleep , you better pack a fan..
The pillows.. It takes 2 to make one full pillow.. they have (look s to be ) large throw pillows folded inside a pillowcase. You get 5 of them. .
They have no vending machines, but have a commissary you can buy from IF YOU HAVE CASH, THEY DO NOT HAVE A ATM.
I will say on the plus side it was clean, the check in staff was nice. But besides that. Nothing positive for me. Best Western hotels will be a NO for me in the future..

Soiled sheets, burnt out bulbs, smelled terribly of smoke, broken shower, could not control hot and cold, leaked awful, no water pressure. Called and stopped at ftont desk a total of 5 times across 4 days to speak to a manager, one was never available. None of the issues were ever addressed.

We booked 2 rooms and arrived at 4:30pm to check in. Only one room was ready. Knowing that we arrived after check in time and that housekeeping would probably be leaving soon we got a little nervous. I checked with the front desk again at 6pm and it still wasn't ready. We went out to eat and when we came back it was finally available. Out of the 6 hotels we stayed at on our trip, this was the only one we couldn't get connecting rooms.
