My kids enjoyed the pool. The staff was friendly. Some of the guests were loud, but there isn’t much anyone can do about that!

SMOKING COVERUP

Pros: Location. Manager tried to make up for odor with a diet coke and orange soda before we knew the truth.
Cons: Recliner was rock hard.
They masked a smoking room with lemon deodorizer dumped in the AC unit and since they were sold out could not move us. Worked hard to remove the bulk of the lemon goo from the tray in the AC unit. That helped the second night. First night was so bad, we had to open up the window and shut off the unit. THEN, WHEN WE GOT HOME, EVERYTHING WE HAD IN THAT ROOM REEKED OF SMOKE! NO LEMON STUFF TO MASK IT. DISGUSTING !!!!!!

Not my cup of tea!

When I booked the hotel I was set for a suite with 2 Queen beds & a sofa. What I got was 1 King bed. My daughter, myself & my granddaughter had to share the bed. My grandson slept on the floor. We asked if we could be switched but that wasn't possible. Due to my own fault I didn't call web which is what I should have done. Our room was never cleaned. We were there for 4 nights & 3 days. There was no maid service of any kind. Our trash was not even emtyed. We had to ask for clean towels and then had to take the used ones down to the front desks. It is advertised that there is a courtsey breakfast there is not. I only ran in to one staff member that was very polite and helpful but I cannot remember his name. The room was very nice but also this hotel is new. Next year I will check more closely in the hotel I stay at. I will not stay here again. For my next trip I am a more informed traverler.
