I booked this room through Travelocity, we got a call from family, and needed to leave a day early. Upon checkout I was told to call Travelocity for the refund and that it wouldn't be a problem, kept getting the run around from both, but the Fairfield Inn refused to refund Travelocity..... unsure if I will use either ever again.

Great value hotel near the airport

This is a basic, clean, comfortable hotel near the savannah-Hilton airport. The service is attentive, room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Not a luxury hotel, but gets everything a traveler needs. Great value. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. In fact, I will look for Fairfield inns next time when I travel to other places, assuming they offer similar services.
