Sawyer House is a private home with a private backyard and deck with a fire pit! Close to the highway, but has a 6 foot fenced in backyard for privacy. Not completely fenced in but about 80%. There is highway noise and we have a sound machine for your comfort! Perfect location to experience Southwest Michigan! Close to Warren Dunes, beaches, restaurants and breweries! 2 car garage, washer, dryer and air conditioning! All of the amenities you need for a relaxing stay including a full stocked kitchen!

Restful and relaxing
We really loved our stay with Julie. The house was well equipped for our expectations of a comfy bed, kitchen for breakfast and snacks, very safe and user friendly. We walked/jogged down Flynn road for exercise daily. Super close to Warren Dunes and also downtown Sawyer and it’s cuteness. Julie went above and beyond and got us a tea kettle at our request. Hope to stay here again!

Very close to Warren Dunes/Sawyer
This house is VERY close to Warren Dunes State Park and Sawyer which made it an excellent spot for our family's vacation to Southwest Michigan. The house had everything we needed. Lots of extra bedding and blankets for when my kids decided they wanted to play musical beds. The backyard is great, with the only downside being the noise from the highway. Julie was very responsive and helpful.

So Grateful!
We loved staying at this property! It was cozy, close to our family and a nice reprieve. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. They left special s'mores treats to use in the fire pit out back. We also appreciated access to the garage. This is a very nice place to stay and we would stay again. Thank you.
