The Fairfax was overbooked. I was given a voucher and told that the Holiday Inn Express has a room for me. My ratings are based on the Holiday Inn Express. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Their free happy hour was very nice. They had chili and free beverages

The lobby was very nice and the breakfast was a bit sloppy no big deal...our room was very nice but not very clean...there was dust on the sides of the microwave on top of the foot stool and the caulking in the bathroom was orange (dirty)...I guess I expected more from a higher priced hotel...

Not just the best hotel in Scottsbluff, but one of my favorite moderate priced hotels anywhere. Great staff, beautiful rooms and common areas, super breakfast. Five stars for sure!

Nice family suite

Pros: staff was lovely. good recommendations on food & navigation in the area.
Cons: I did trip on the sidewalk walking outside without my glasses, so my recommendation would be to maybe paint the edge of the sidewalk in a diff color
Location: Scotts Bluff, Chimney Rock, Ft Laramie. Good eats in closer to the downtown area.
It was a nice comfortable room. spacious. climate easy to change. love love all the windows (we had a corner room)
