We enjoyed the breakfast bar every morning. The only problem we had was with our door, the door would not unlock with our key card - (it was the door not the key card) we had to have it worked on one day.

Front desk staff seemed lost and not very well trained. The whole place had a bad vibe you could tell they didn’t want to have you there or deal with you. Room I had a funny odor and the whole experience is not the experience I have come to expect very disappointed

Our apologies. I understand that we did not come through with the service. It is not our norm as we are an award winning hotel. We will look into who served you and the smell and take care of it. The rooms will be refreshed completely with new furniture by October. I hope you will revisit then.
