Rooms have holes in walls, stained rugs, filthy stoves, burn marks on the wall near the stove, smoke detectors missing, very noisy, no breakfast as advertised and I paid $57 for a night and $53 for one night for my dog. I will never stay there again.

The gentleman at the front desk who greeted and checked me in was excellent - very polite and friendly and informative. All of the staff I encountered was the same way, so I have nothing but positive reviews for the staff. But the property itself was very disappointing. Other guests were loud, banging on the walls and vulgar all night long (which I know the hotel only has so much control over). The whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and was dirty. We found personal items from previous guests in our room that the staff had clearly missed when “cleaning” the room. The pullout couch bed was covered in what appeared to be dog hair and the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed, so I ended up sleeping on the regular couch, which was not comfortable. This was all after we were upgraded from the room I requested to fit the three guests in our party, since the hotel overbooked rooms. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the property was no place I would stay. We checked out five minutes after checking in. The room was dirty, dingy, cigarette burns in the carpet and the curtains were hanging off the rods. The parking lot was not lighted and there were many pajama clad people hanging about the entrance with a lot of people hanging around the cars in the lot. It felt like a scene from a really bad cop movie. We didn’t feel safe and wasn’t sure if our car would be safe until morning.

We apologize that your room was less then our standards, I have addressed this with the head housekeeper. Parking is a issue we often deal wit has the hotel across they way has very low rates and brings in much rif raf. But to counter this we have security patrol the property and the parking lot to ensure our guests safety sand property is protected. Be safe.

ok for an overnight stay, furniture needs upgrading very uncomfortable couch and chairs. floor was cleaned but sticky big turn off change your mop water!
