Most of the staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was great. The bed was nice. Our room was very clean. The dog relief area was lacking. The wash down hose didn't work. It was small and did not have poo bags, as we were told it would. Fortunately we always bring our own.

Thank You for taking the time to review your stay here at River Inn at Seaside. We are saddened to hear that we fell short as that is not our standard. I hope that you will return and we can improve your stay the next time that you are in Seaside.

In general the room was good, however after walking around the room barefooted our three year old grand daughters feet were very dirty. While other elements of the roon were good, the carpet was tattered and looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Additionally we tried repeatedly to turn the roon temperature down below 74. The system eventually shut down and would not respond. Check in was nice, and we were allowed early check in. The cookies at checkin were not to be seen however. Overall the stay was nice but would be a lot nicer with clean carpets

The staff was great, very friendly and genuinely concerned for their guests. The facility was spotless and the room had everything we needed. The only negative was the noise from the street.
