Great Place!

Pros: Location. Well kept rooms. Friendly staff.
Location: Health club, Restaurants, coffee shops, theater, Ballard Locks.
Beautiful little boutique hotel with an awesome health club attached. Didn't realize the roof deck was there until checking out. Make sure you check it out. Great location. Everything is within walking distance.

A cozy little hotel in the perfect location!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, farmers market on sunday
I ended up at Hotel Ballard when a cancelled flight forced me to layover in Seattle. I saw it as I was walking around the last time I was in town and was intrigued. It's located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city! Fantastic food, shopping, and bars are literally at your doorstep. It is small, but wonderfully cozy. It's european style, so shared bathrooms. But there were 2 single occupancy bathrooms just a few feet from my room, so I wasn't bothered one bit. I chatted with a couple of the staff members about new restaurants and bars in the area and they gave recommendations that you could only get from a local. The best kind of person to meet when traveling to a new place! Highly recommended!

Awesome!!!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, free cable tv
Cons: shared bathrooms
I traveled to Seattle to visit some family and me and my boyfriend decided to stay at Hotel Ballard because it was new and close to where my family lives. It was a cool european style hotel with shared bathrooms. I was a little iffy about the sharing the bathrooms but got over it. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were designed really beautifully. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definately recommend this others who plan on staying in the Ballard area. There are alot of close by restaraunts and boutique shops.

Charming Hotel

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, friendly staff!, great location!!!
Cons: some rooms have shared bathrooms
Wonderful boutique style hotel, in a great location! It was so nice to just step outside the hotel and have all the local bars, shops etc just steps away. There were a couple of great coffee shops right next to the hotel and an amazing restuarant located across the street, though I can't remember the name. I was able to use the health club next door, during my stay, and parking my rental car was no problem, as they provided a parking lot/pass. Great staff, amaaazingly comfortable beds, and I loved the farmer's market on Sunday, right outside the hotel. I was sad to leave and will definitely return to this Charming hotel...
