Was better than the ratings imply. Was clean. Old, but clean. Great location. Competitive price. Shampoo packs for shower, need to be opened with scissors; try doing that in the shower!! Small thing.

It is close to everything downtown Noises at night. Big crack under the door Coffee shop and great donuts next door

While this is not the fanciest hotel I've been in, nor the newest, it had everything I needed - clean bed and bathroom, functioning facilities, and even a quiet time from 10pm to 7am that I did not hear anyone break. I slept well and loved the location. Overall, great experience! Not fancy but just right :)

Never Again

The last time I stayed at the Kings Inn was about ten years ago while on a golfing/Mariners weekend with a group of friends. A day of beer drinking obviously blurred my perception of the comfort and cleanliness the hotel offered. The room was similar to something a backpacker in Europe would find adequate desperate for a night. However, for $220.00 I felt completely ripped off. The bed was awful with springs sticking into my back giving me a sleepless night. I anticipated bed bugs walking away with my bag. Never again. Stay away!

The location is good. But don't stay here if you intend on taking showers. The water was really unpredictable, it was either scorching hot or freezing cold. The air conditioner was really noisy and it only reached the first room.
